Litigation Lawyer - Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients in complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, contractual disputes, and commercial litigation.
• Providing sound legal advice on litigation, commercial contracts, and business operations.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and protection of our clients interests.
• Representing our clients before regulatory authorities and in commercial litigation, as needed.

Litigation Lawyer - You must have:

• Masters degree in law, with a specialization in litigation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Lawyer in Luxembourg, ideally within a top-tier law firm.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French; German proficiency will be a significant asset.
• Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations relating to litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and work in a dynamic team environment.
