Vous analysez et mettez en œuvre de façon pragmatique la réglementation ESG (SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomie, CSDDD, etc.)....
VOTRE MISSION
Vous prenez le lead sur le volet conformité à la réglementation ESG :
Vous analysez et mettez en œuvre de façon pragmatique la réglementation ESG (SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomie, CSDDD, etc.) ainsi que les enjeux thématiques et sectoriels associés et vous faites le suivi des implémentations- Vous assurez la veille réglementaire ESG
- Vous participez à la collecte, à la gestion ou à la création des données et informations nécessaires aux reportings non-financiers
- Vous participez à l’élaboration du reporting extra-financier
- Vous gérez et vous suivez les KPI et les objectifs ESG
Vous accompagnez les équipes dans l’appropriation de la démarche et stratégie RSE.
Vous aidez à conduire des projets RSE/ESG transverses et à fédérer les différents métiers.
VOTRE PROFIL
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en Droit, Economie ou Gestion, idéalement avec une composante ESG/RSE ou durabilité ou vous avez suivi une formation complémentaire en ESG.
Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans une fonction similaire.
Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances des réglementations ESG.
Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et vous avez développé de bonnes capacités de recherche, d’analyse et de synthèse.
Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et vous savez travailler de façon autonome et proactive.
Vous avez l’esprit créatif.
Vous êtes flexible, pragmatique et avez le sens des responsabilités.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais. La connaissance de la langue luxembourgeoise et allemande constitue un atout.
La connaissance du fonctionnement de l’assurance constitue un atout.
