TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean aircraft (fuselage, empennage, landing gear, cargo compartments), hangar and associated areas and service/support vehicles, by communicating start and end of work, by following standard procedures, by reporting unsafe or defective conditions to the maintenance supervisor
  • Protect himself/herself and others by choosing and wearing appropriate clothing and safety protections suited to the tasks, by defining and communicating the danger zones to other staff working in the area, by maintaining a clean and safe access to the working area
  • Control stock levels of cleaning fluids, tools and equipment
  • Maintain tools and equipment is serviceable condition
  • Maintain technical knowledge

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Relevant work experience is considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work hands-on and being interested in technical aspects
  • Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Good understanding of English, other languages are considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work in team as well as independently

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Position based in Luxembourg
  • Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
  • Be prepared to travel when required
  • Possess a valid driving license
