Your mission:

Our Core Project Unit is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team aims to increase its capability to support business in their transformation (organizational, technologic, cultural).

As Change Management team member you will be at the heart of it.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Consult and coach project teams;

• Support and engage senior leaders;

• Lead change management activities and drive change management at the organisational level;

• Create a strategy to support adoption of project changes;

• Integrate change management activities into project plans and drive change initiatives with the support of HR teams;

• Provide support to communication efforts: support the design, delivery and coordination.

• Assess change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;

• Advise on training efforts: provide input and support the design of trainings in the context of transformation projects;

• Identify factors of resistance to change and implement remediation actions;

• Evaluate and ensure user readiness and acceptance;

• Define and measure metrics and monitor change progress.

• Able to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;

• Able to handle multiple and complex projects with a creative spirit and methodology;

• Able to consider global perspectives to make recommendations for complex matters;

• A background in Project Management and Change Management;

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position and hold a University degree or similar;

• Fluent in English;

• Proven experience in defining and implementing strategies;

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
