You will collaborate on challenging projects alongside high performing professionals from different backgrounds. To- gether we will advise clients on executive level in the Financial Services industry to improve or transform their busi- nesses, optimize their capabilities and help them drive growth and manage risk while achieving excellence.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior consultant in our international team, you will be involved in advising our global clients. Youcan expect to work with our team members across various topics, including business strategy and transformation, customer experi- ence and strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. Also, we will expect you to be involved in the management of our team by training and coaching other team members to help us grow our team.

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous candidate, with the willingness to learn and able to work in a highly demanding environment.The best candidate for this job offer has a strong interest in ESG and sustainability matters about environmental, social and governance (incl. understanding of key regulations such as SFDR, the EU taxonomy and/or CSRD) issues combined with a good financial knowledge (understanding of the Luxembourg banking industry and its functioning).

Qualifications: :

• An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics or finance
• A first relevant experience either in a financial services firm or in the management consulting practice of a professional services firm in Luxembourg
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English. French and/or German will be considered an asset
