Marketing / Communication Assistant

In direct collaboration with the Marketing Manager of Rockids, you will play a key role in the implementation and management of operational marketing and external and internal communication actions for the entire network of Rockids nurseries and day care centers.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and optimization of the user/customer experience through customer relationship management via our CRM. To carry out your tasks successfully, you will work closely with structure managers, support services, and external partners.

Job Responsibilities

Operational marketing and external and internal communication actions for all our nurseries and day care centers :

• Creation of print/digital materials in accordance with our graphic and editorial charter
• Updating the website, event calendar, and regularly animating external communication on our social media
• Participating in the implementation of marketing actions via our digital tools
• Logistical management of internal and external events
• Setting up business partnership actions (B2B)

Customer relationship management :

• Training employees on the use of our CRM Hubspot and on parent retention
• Implementing actions for continuous improvement of the customer/user experience
• Conducting satisfaction surveys for parents (with associated NPS)

Monitoring performance indicators :

• Monitoring and analyzing indicators necessary to measure the effectiveness of commercial actions and customer satisfaction

Required Skills :

• Holder of a diploma related to marketing and/or communication (Marketing degree, etc.)
• Good command of office tools (Office suite) and graphic creation tools (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
• Excellent writing skills in French and English are essential
• Oral fluency (active listening to parents, phoning, internal training, etc.)
• Skills in photography and video
• First experience with WordPress
• First experience with a CRM (Hubspot is an asset)
