What you’ll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing outstanding support to our employees and line managers, ensuring smooth HR service delivery across our organization.   • Provide top-tier operational support from our HR Service Shared Centre (HR SSC), handling a variety of HR tasks and transactions through digital channels. Youll escalate complex queries to specialist teams when needed, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Act as the local liaison for HR services, collaborating closely with the HR SSC to maintain seamless communication and deliver exceptional service. Your role includes gathering feedback and working with the team to enhance service quality, focusing on key employee interactions.
  • Manage our relationship with Securex, our external payroll provider, to guarantee accurate and timely employee payments. As the local International Mobility champion, you will support Reward activities such as pensions and redundancy processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Take charge of local project management for global process and system improvements. Drive our digital agenda by working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the online employee experience, implementing innovations like electronic signatures and digital vouchers.
Who you are
  • Proficiency in HR Systems: Experience working with HR systems and software, adept at navigating and utilizing them effectively.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies and processes, demonstrating a solid understanding of operational frameworks.
  • Professional Integrity: Capable of handling complex issues with professionalism and sensitivity, maintaining impartiality while empathizing with the customers perspective.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills, skilled in active listening, appropriate questioning, and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effective Time Management: Consistently meets deadlines, manages time efficiently, and approaches tasks methodically with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively with team members, fostering a culture of integrity, trust, and fairness.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills with additional language skills being a plus.
  • Education & Experience: A higher degree or proven experience in the field.
