• Developing general strategy plans, overviews, and capacity plans;
• Creating detailed plans (weekly/daily) for melamine facing, OSB, MDF, flooring, and finishing processes;
• Facilitating daily transfers of flooring and melamine core to production lines

• Managing ordering and inventory of impregnated paper stocks;
• Analyzing consumption patterns, planning, and controlling stocks efficiently;
• Generating and maintaining purchase orders for reference;
• Handling call-offs, preparing monthly reports, and general administrative tasks;
• Facilitating communication and collaboration with internal sales and production teams through phone calls and emails;
• Undertaking any reasonable duties as required;
• Meeting or exceeding specific performance objectives established under the Kronospan performance appraisal process.

• Ability to analyze data, consumption patterns, and stock levels to make informed decisions and optimize processes;
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, creating plans, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient operations;
• Capability to conduct accurate stock takes, update records, and maintain precise documentation;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with internal sales, production teams, and external stakeholders;
• Aptitude to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements;
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in using software for data analysis, stock management, and generating reports;
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to achieving team objectives.
