What you will be doing ?
- Give executives and management senior administrative support.
- Organise correspondence, complicated calendars, and travel plans.
- Assure the smooth running of board meetings by taking care of all the administrative matters.
- Support legal and others department teams on collecting documents.

- Fluent proficiency in English and French.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in executive assistance and board meeting coordination.
