APEX Group is currently looking for an inclusive Receptionist. The role is based in Luxembourg and has a generous salary and benefits package.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Cover the front desk during reception opening hours
• Switchboard management, answer and forward incoming calls
• Answer doorbell to both office and parking
• Welcome and guide all visitors
• Inform staff about couriers/visitors/signatory books when necessary

To apply for this Receptionist role, you will need at least two years of relevant work experience. You will also require the following:

• Knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French
• Knowledge of other EU languages
• Good understanding of the standard IT applications Outlook, and MS Office
