  • Du bist das offene Ohr und der clevere Kopf, der Kunden aus Nah und Fern zur Seite steht
  • Selbständig gehst du zu Werke bei der Bearbeitung von Garantiefällen, technischen Fragen, Einweisungen und Reklamationen
  • Der Kunde zählt auf dich und deine Arbeit stärkt den Ausbau der Beziehung
  • Es macht dir nichts aus, je nach Bedarf und Zeitzone deine Arbeitszeit auch mal variabel anzupassen
  • Im Team geht es am Besten, daher pflegst du eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
Das zeichnet dich aus:
  • In den Bereichen Mechanik, Pneumatik, Elektrik u.o. Hydraulik verfügst du über Vorkenntnisse bzw. hast eine LKW- oder Landmaschinen-Mechanikerausbildung absolviert
  • Kommunikationsfreude und Hilfsbereitschaft trägst du in dir
  • Du behältst einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn die Situation mal kniffliger wird
  • Empathisch lässt du deinen Gegenüber spüren, dass du dich in seine Situation hineinversetzt
  • Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch beherrschst du. Niederländisch und/oder andere Sprachen sind dir nicht völlig fremd.
  • Auf dich ist Verlass und du gehst detailliert zu Werke
  • PC-Arbeit und der Umgang mit Word, Excel und Co. liegt dir
