About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, were searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Supply Chain department for a 6-month internship starting in September.

Main Responsibilities:

As part of the Raw Materials Supply Chain function, youll support activities related to warehousing and raw material warehouses inbound/outbound flow. Working under the guidance of team members, youll collaborate with key stakeholders from local and central functions, including Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Controlling.

Thanks to your role, youll be tasked with analyzing data to discern stock trends and coverage, particularly focusing on inbound and outbound volumes of strategic raw material warehouses. Youll also support in maintaining and enhancing data dashboards to ensure accurate visibility on stock levels, transit status, and supply tracking.

Additionally, youll support and oversee the weekly milk allocation for North Europe plants and monitor the cocoa butter extra operation in terms of cost, shelf life, and inventory/availability.

Moreover, your role will support the team in providing data analysis to the Raw Material Consumption team concerning the calculation and consolidation of requirements at the category and group level, such as cocoa beans.

Thanks to your degree in the Engineering or Supply Chain/Production field, you bring a unique perspective that will be instrumental in our collaborative efforts.

Your curiosity for, and understanding of, the local supply chain and plants environment will further enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of our dynamic landscape.

Your proficiency in the MS Office package, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint, will help you effectively analyze and communicate crucial information. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration and driving insightful decision-making processes.
