Nous sommes à la recherche dun(e) Assistant(e) Restaurant Manager (H/F) pour renforcer notre équipe, pour une entrée immédiate ou à convenir.

Vos responsabilités en tant qu’Assistant Manager :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Manager et le remplacer lors de ses absences.
  • Aider le manager en gérant toutes les activités du point de vente, y compris les tâches exécutives et administratives.
  • Assurer la comptabilité, c’est-à-dire le livre de caisse, le fonds de caisse et les reçus quotidiens, les bons de repas, les achats en espèces, etc., à la demande du Manager.
  • Connaître tous les services et produits offerts.
  • Aider à planifier les horaires de travail.
  • Aider à la mise en œuvre des promotions des ventes et prendre des mesures pour augmenter les ventes.
  • Assurer le travail d’un chef de rang

Les compétences requises pour ce poste :

  • Avoir minimum 3 ans d’expérience ;
  • Avoir le sens de l’organisation et des relations ;
  • Être doté d’un esprit déquipe et être diplomate ;
  • Être rigoureux et créatif ;
