InterActiv recherche pour lun de ses clients un assistant de facturation (h/f) pour des missions de travail temporaire en vue dune embauche en CDI.

Missions :

  • Gérer la facturation des services liés au chauffage et au sanitaire de manière précise et efficace ;
  • Traiter les commandes clients et émettre les factures correspondantes dans les délais impartis ;
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements et relancer les clients en cas de retard de paiement ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements pour garantir la précision des informations facturées ;
  • Maintenir une base de données clients à jour et assurer la confidentialité des informations.

Profil :

  • Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du chauffage/sanitaire ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en faisant preuve dun excellent esprit déquipe ;
  • Grande attention aux détails et capacité à respecter les délais.
