The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

Compliance Officer

12 months Fixed-Term Contract (F/M)

We are looking for a proactive individual for a replacement within our Compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the evaluation, implementation and update of policies and procedures
• Perform, Monitor, follow-up and assist in implementing any actions identified as necessary based on the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Prepare communications to the various stakeholders
• Prepare and participate in giving internal AML-CFT and Compliance trainings
• Perform 2nd Line KYC checks on new and existing Issuers and Members as well as preparing the files for approval
• Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of the Digital KYC tool
• Guide client services teams in relation to AML/KYC matters
• Give input and written reports on AML/KYC regulatory issues
• Perform screening on new clients, analyse screening results and ensure proper escalation when necessary
• Deliver periodic reporting on AML controls and compliance controls

• Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg
• Significant relevant experiences
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French. Other languages would be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite, PowerBi and SharePoint
