Client Service Administrator, Investment Management Operations - Director (AVP-equivalent)
Frankfurt 3252205 We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Director(AVP-equivalent) within Client Service & Relationship Management, which is responsible for managing internal and external client relationships. We do this by engaging in client service activities, optimizing the client experience, and managing vendor/external business partner relationships.     Working with Sales/legal to ensure the necessary sub distribution agreements / rebates letter are in place Working closely with the relevant Transfer Agent in the setting up of new clients and monitoring the initial transitions Trade Assistance: daily assistance to clients on trading issues (phone, email, correspondence); assistance on larges trade processing, trade corrections etc.; Follow up on non-receipt of subscription money and other unreconciled amounts; Administer claims relating to late payments and trades; Responsible for all aspects of client reporting, including pricing information, investment reports, static data reports etc. Building close relationships with a number of colleagues including Fund Administration, Product Management and the Financial Controllers Group to ensure consistent best practice is adopted in supporting all of the Morgan Stanley European Funds.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring in the role:
    Min. Bachelors degree Fluent Englisch and Italian language skills Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firms core value Understanding of the roles of the various services providers associated with this product; Previous experience of the Anti Money Laundering requirements associate with this type of product including requirements of clients in Non-GAFI countries and Private Placement Rules;
