Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft365 suite – OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and the other user-facing applications;
  • Change management combined with Project management skills (ideally proven by leading certifications);
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business as well as technical people.
Duties/role:
  • Designing and Improving end-user experience and adoption (non-technical);
  • Designing Reporting & monitoring;
  • Participating in continuous improvement;
  • Providing requirements analysis and design for feature enhancements;
  • Planning and executing change management activities related to SharePoint and other M365 applications as needed;
  • Testing System and User Acceptance.
