Technical Product Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, testing, and execution of our product roadmap for our satellite communication product. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the candidate actively participating in the engineering and testing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specs.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption and user engagement through effective marketing and training initiatives.
• Actively participate in the product testing process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Engage in hands-on coding and debugging, particularly in C/C++ for embedded systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products, especially embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and other relevant engineering skills.
• Proven hands-on experience in product testing, quality assurance, and debugging.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resident in Europe or has already a EU visa (applications outside Europe will not be considered)
