Amazon is looking for a bright and ambitious individual to build their career with our EU Marketplace Expansion team as a Team Lead for the Self-Service Registration (SSR) of 3rd party sellers in the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium. This team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable global solutions through direct cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The Team Lead will drive the strategy to grow the SSR program and manage the team of Seller Engagement Managers supporting it. The main tasks of the team are to hunt and recruiting new partners to sell on Amazon through scalable recruiting initiatives, identify frictions and work with Amazon partner teams to improve the seller experience, and create programs and promotions that are focused on seller growth. An ideal candidate will be well organized, data driven and results focused. They will have a passion for inventing and scaling a successful program, from defining the strategy and identifying the focus areas to communicating the results and using the data to inform future business decisions.

Key job responsibilities
  • Owning the Self-Service Registration (SSR) strategy and goals and defining country level execution plans.
  • Leading a team of Seller Engagement Managers, including their performance evaluation and coaching.
  • Overseeing the digital marketing strategy and lead generation activities while engaging closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to define seller awareness and engagement goals.
  • Defining and driving new growth opportunities for the Sellers.
  • Diving deeper into Seller metrics to uncover pain points and areas of opportunity.
  • Partnering with product teams to build Seller Experience improvements roadmap.
  • Engaging closely with WW cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership to influence central and global roadmaps.
  • Reporting to senior leadership to provide visibility on roadmap status and performance and escalate for support where needed.
