Specialist Quality Management

• Key Accountabilities:

• Support in developing, maintaining, expanding and documenting a QM system, QM objectives, emergency and inspection plans, as well as inspection sections, in consultation with the respective departments and external certification authorities

• Ascertaining creation and maintenance of work instructions and process descriptions

• Controlling and updating all quality-relevant documents

• Cooperating with external laboratories regarding the microbiological, chemical and physical inspection of raw and finished goods

• Recognizing and highlighting quality and food fraud risks and taking corrective action if necessary

• Initiating, conducting and coordinating quality assurance measures and conducting crisis management tasks according to emergency plan

• Tracking supplier accreditations, conducting supplier evaluation

• Coordinating the correct creation and release of purchase specifications according to gategroup standards in

• cooperation with external authorities and Category Management in the gategroup Specifications Tool Coordinating and updating supplier quality agreements in consultation with Category Management

• Processing of complaints with customers and suppliers

• Conducting samplings and evaluations of new purchased goods
