COLLABORATEUR MAGASIN (M/F/D)

Rolle:

Betreuung der Kunden und Verwaltung der Artikel und Ersatzteile im Geschäft.

Rôle :

Assurer la prise en charge des clients et gérer les articles et pièces de rechange du magasin.

Fonction :

  • Vous êtes la personne de contact entre le client et le magasin
  • Vous gérez, encodez et commandez des articles et pièces de rechange dans le Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Vous assurez la commande et la livraison des articles
  • Vous assurez l’information des clients via E-Mail et téléphone concernant des articles du magasin et les commandes en cours

  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et du travail en équipe
  • Vous travaillez de façon exacte et efficace
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de façon proactive et autonome
  • Vous possédez d‘excellentes compétences de communication
  • Vous êtes flexible et résistant au stress
  • Votre priorité est toujours la satisfaction du client

Formation requise :

  • Connaissances dans le domaine automobile sont considérées comme un plus
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire considérée comme un plus

Diplôme requis :

  • Fin détudes secondaires ou expérience dans un poste similaire

Langues requises :

  • Luxembourgeois
  • Français
  • Allemand
  • Anglais considéré comme un atout
  • Portugais considéré comme un atout
