CDI Temps de travail Temps-plein Description de la mission En tant que Conducteur de Chantiers Junior, vous assurez le suivi, la coordination et la gestion de chantiers de construction au Grand-Duché du Luxembourg. Vos missions :
  • Vous assurez le suivi des chantiers (contrôle qualité, commandes, interventions, etc.) et vous assurez du planning chantier ;
  • Vous assurez les réceptions provisoires ;
  • Vous analysez la rentabilité des chantiers, vous analysez les dossiers et prenez des actions correctives en cas de besoin ;
  • Vous assurez les commandes et vérifiez les factures ;
  • Vous rédigez éventuellement des avenants aux bons de commande.
Profil
  • Vous détenez un Bachelier dans le domaine de la construction ;
  • Une expérience dans la fonction est un atout ;
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite Office ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé ;
  • Vous avez l’esprit dinitiative, le sens du contact, la capacité dadaptation ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, flexible et vous avez l’esprit déquipe ;
  • Vous parlez couramment français et la maitrise de l’anglais est un atout.
