About the Role:For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a PMO and Function Integration Manager to support the Third Party Operations (3PO) department to develop and grow consistently across initiatives related to product innovation via third-party manufacturing and new suppliers activation or through special initiatives related to Group inorganic growth (merging & acquisitions, post-acquisition integration) when related to third-parties.
The role is key to support the Head of the department and enable the function growth and governance in the medium-long term. It contributes to the 3PO development and integration through processes improvement and by facilitating the sharing of best practices across the team and the geographies. It represents a pivot and entry point for the evaluation of new projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:3PO Head Support & Function Planning involves assisting the Head of 3PO in developing short- to medium-term plans and objectives, aligning them with operational guidelines and budget constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating the departments Master Plan, assessing risks and opportunities, monitoring progress, and supporting line objectives. The role also entails facilitating day-to-day operations, preparing reports and presentations for senior management, and ensuring smooth interactions across the organization.
3PO Governance and Business Intelligence focuses on enhancing governance through KPI development, data management, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, supporting agenda preparation, and maintaining departmental documentation. The role also involves leading team effectiveness initiatives and promoting performance improvement strategies.
3PO Process Improvement centers on identifying and optimizing internal processes, driving change management, and fostering innovation. Responsibilities include proposing new tools and procedures, facilitating IT development, and promoting best practices across geographical teams.
3PO Function Integration acts as the liaison between 3PO and internal/external functions to ensure alignment and integration. Responsibilities include sharing information, maintaining consistency in data and content, and disseminating relevant group initiatives.
Project Management involves overseeing cross-area projects, coordinating initiatives impacting 3PO, and supporting M&A integration projects.
Who we are looking for:Between 8 to 10 years of experienced in operations and procurement with a background in project and program management. Capable of managing complex projects across industrial, supply chain, IT, procurement, and quality domains, with a focus on multiple stakeholders. Skilled in effective communication and presentation, interacting confidently with top management. Possesses flexibility, adaptability, and a readiness to travel. Strong analytical and organizational skills enable synthesis of information and identification of key priorities. Demonstrates autonomy, proactivity, and accountability in problem-solving. Pays meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office 365. Mandatory fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages considered advantageous.
