T Posted by Tom Peters Recruiter Our client is a leading global Alternative Investment Manager who is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Luxembourg. Working closely with the senior staff the successful person will be responsible for helping administrative tasks for the Alternative Investment Fund Management company.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the team to coordinate complex diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Organise frequent international and national travel
  • Event coordination (team lunches / dinner etc)
  • Helping organise meeting documentation
  • Work closely with the company secretarial team on related tasks
  • Fielding telephone calls for the team
  • Keeping files on key contacts up to date
  • Completion of expenses using Workday and Conur in line with travel and expenses policy.
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc tasks, approvals and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or PA diploma/certification ideally
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a secretarial role or administration function
  • Experience handling multiple requests with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English - French or German language would be an advantage
