This new opportunity for an Accounting & financial reporting officer to join a wealth management business who are thriving. This is a small financial business and as the Accounting & financial reporting officer , you will get the full exposure to all financial activities

Based in Luxembourg the position will join the Finance team and perform day-to-day accounting and financial reporting duties.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly accounts and monthly financial reporting
• Processing of the required accounting transactions, journal entries, invoices and payments
• Preparation of invoices and payment instructions with related follow-up to monitor cash-flows
• Preparation of monthly cash and custody/portfolio reconciliations
• Support in the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Support of audit process following the Half-Year and End-of-Year book closes
• Prepare and submit periodical tax and regulatory returns
• Join the Finance teams ad-hoc projects

Education/Experience/Skills

• Education and experience with, preferably as a Financial External Auditor
• Demonstrate analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and flexible
• Fluent English is required, and French would be advantageous
