Your mission : Within the Marketing & Communications (M&C) department, the Social Media Officer helps execute the Digital M&C strategy through PwC’s social media channels.

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Animate our corporate social networks ((including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, with a focus on LinkedIn and X), aiming at improving our audience engagement and supporting our business objectives;
  • Keep the social media calendar up to date, including identifying, scheduling and sharing different types of content, taking into account audience behaviour;
  • Create purposeful content (copy and creative assets, including videos and infographics), adapted to the channels’ requirements, and also in line with our brand guidelines, voice and values.
  • Plan and launch multi/omni-channel social media campaigns;
  • Manage sponsored ads on different social networks, particularly on LinkedIn;
  • Animate corporate and business events using social media (live tweeting, live streaming, Instagram and Facebook Stories);
  • Help monitor, assess and maintain our brand reputation across social media networks, using a range of monitoring tools;
  • Prepare reports on social media performance, digital trends and brand presence, among others;
  • Assist our people in developing their digital presence by means of training and employee advocacy efforts.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and identify new formats and ways of engaging with our audiences.
  • Participate in key digital communication initiatives such as Podcast shows and our digital employee advocacy programme.

Let’s talk about you. If you …

  • Hold a university degree in journalism, communications, (digital) marketing, public relations or other related field,
  • Have one to two years of professional experience in social media management and marketing;
  • Are well-informed about the latest trends and best practices in the social media landscape;
  • Are a great writer, with a creative mindset and positive attitude;
  • You have experience in managing creative social media campaigns;
  • Have experience in developing social media audiences;
  • You have great video (including recording and editing) and visual creative skills. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is considered a plus;
  • Are fluent in English; any other European language is an asset;
  • Are familiar with analytics, metrics and social media tools;
  • Are savvy when it comes to using online software and social media tools (Hootsuite, Canva, LinkedIn Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar, among others);
  • Are able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise your workload.
