Your role involves:
  • Making consultative calls to affluent and HNW prospects, networking, and closing new accounts;
  • Directing commercial activities;
  • Reviewing daily leads and opportunities;
  • Creating tools like presentations and email templates;
  • Setting team goals, ensuring quality service, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
Profile
You are the ideal candidate if you possess :
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • 5+ years in banking, investments, or life insurance;
  • Knowledge of affluent and HNW client challenges;
  • Strong sales focus with target achievement;
  • Fluent in English and one European language like German, French, or Dutch.
