Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the housing market and a pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Due to the acquisition of another business, our team keeps growing, and we are looking for another Financial Support Officer to join our fast-growing team.

We believe in a good work/life balance and that you should enjoy what you do while maintaining a positive attitude. This is an entrance position.

Main Tasks:

  • Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
  • Conduct rent payment checks to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments
  • Handle billing processes, including preparing and issuing bills to clients
  • Send payment reminders to clients and follow up on overdue payments
  • Process and verify invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Review and check invoices
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and stareholders

Financial Support Officer – Profile:

  • Accounting software experience (Zohobooks, QB ) is an advantage
  • A degree (any field) is a plus
  • A positive personality and interpersonal skills are a plus
  • Be organized and reliable with attention to detail
  • Valid driving license (a plus but not mandatory)
  • English (mandatory), French (advantage)
  • Live in Luxembourg or proximity
