AM Payroll - Your responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio processing for both international, private and local clients.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR department to provide seamless payroll services.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements.
AM Payroll - Your profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary, external in a payroll role.
- Fluent in German with a good command of French and/or English.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Administration or similar
- Strong team spirit and a commitment to long-term career development.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourgish law
