This is a remote position, candidates can be located anywhere within the EU.

• Conducting detailed audits of insurance claims to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Identifying and investigating anomalies or inconsistencies within claims submissions
• Recommending process improvements based on audit findings to enhance claims accuracy
• Collaborating with claims processors and other departments to facilitate corrective actions
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key areas of concern
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in claims processing
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the audit process

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in claims auditing, insurance claims processing, or a similar role is essential
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
