This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the worlds most innovative banks.

As an Associate in the JPMorgan SE Outsourcing Governance and Oversight team, you will support and drive process and improvements to the Outsourcing framework, enhance the overall control environment and work to proactively mitigate risks through effective governance. The Outsourcing Governance and Oversight Associate will execute activities related to regulatory changes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of outsourced services, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and issue management
  • Document and maintain the Outsourcing Governance and documentation that describes the Business As Usual Processes
  • Undertake effective escalation and communications to stakeholders
  • Contribute to risk mitigation and control remediation programs in relation to Governance and Oversight across the business
  • Produce regular reports on outsourcing-related metrics and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Support Quality, Audit Requests for information and testing
  • contribute to and support regulatory change projects
  • Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement projects with a focus on operational readiness and efficiency improvements
  • Manage shared mailbox in timely manner to provide stakeholders with added value response to their queries
  • Support the regulatory requirements for all outsourcing engagements in line with EBA guidelines on Outsourcing
  • Good understanding of new regulations impacting Outsourcing and Data Governance. Support Regulatory changes and implementation
  • Project management of Outsourcing related items

Required Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Have a strategic and control mindset, and ability to adapt governance management frameworks and all related processes (risk management, change management…)
  • Have experience and be confident to manage stakeholders, influencing, building relationships and supporting them towards achieving the expected outcomes, communicating clearly at all levels through comprehensive reports and presentations
  • Be actions and outcome driven to deliver within the given timeframes while dealing with conflicting agenda.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver on firmwide objectives through leading and managing regulatory type projects. Project Management qualification is a must.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and keeping up to date on developments affecting Ireland and European outsourcing regulations
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various businesses and key support functions, at all levels of an organization.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management – ability to communicate clearly at all levels through comprehensive reports and presentations and attention to detail
  • Looking to improve constantly processes, and drive efficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills

  • Any regulatory experience a plus
  • Attention to detail, and discipline in data management is important.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel ,Power Point and Word.
  • Fluency in German is preferred
  • Practical knowledge of Automation Tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
