Job Description & Summary

Our Core Project Unit is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team is growing in order to increase its capability to support business in analysing their processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Change Management Leader and team members on change management activities;

  • Assist project teams in implementing change management activities;

  • Help manage resistance to change: identify change impacts on groups of individuals and help define a strategy to minimise the impact and get people’s buy-in;

  • Document/analyse “as is” process and propose areas to improve efficiency;

  • Propose “to be” processes and document business requirements;

  • Translate business requirements to IT system requirements and assist in implementing them;

  • Assist Business and IT teams in UX designing and system testing;

  • Contribute to the development of the project management culture within the firm.

Your profile

  • You are currently studying to obtain a Master degree or equivalent with a relevant orientation (HR, organisational management, communication, change management…);

  • You need to carry out an internship of 6 months minimum (with an internship agreement provided by your school/university);

  • You have gained significant experience thanks to your previous internships;

  • You can demonstrate business analysis experience in large-scale project management;

  • You are recognised for your excellent communication in English and analytical skills;

  • You have a good command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel;

  • You have a genuine interest for cultural change and new technologies.
