Zur Unterstützung seiner Aktivitäten bietet Hospilux eine Stelle als

Logistikassistent (M/F/D) - Hospilux

Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Erfassen von Kundenbestellungen
  • Verfolgen von Kundenaufträgen bei Teillieferungen
  • Vereinbaren von Lieferterminen für die Kunden
  • Übertragen der Ware zwischen den Beständen im ERP.
  • Kommunikation mit den Kunden
  • Kommunikation mit dem Transportunternehmen

Unsere Anforderungen:


  • Berufsbefähigungsnachweis für Verwaltungs- und kaufmännische Ausbildung (DAP) oder gleichwertig.
  • Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse in LU, FR, DE (EN wäre von Vorteil).
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung einer Produktdatenbank in einem ERP/Webshop wäre von Vorteil.
  • Dynamik, Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit,
  • Teamgeist,
  • Freundlichkeit gegenüber Kunden und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung.
