Business Analyst - Based in Marrakech

In order to strengthen our internal teams, we are currently looking for a:

Business Analyst (m/f) – Based in Marrakech

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the IT Project Manager and the development team to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality and timely delivery. You will also communicate with stakeholders, end-users, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the IT Project Manager and the providers to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback and support to the development team.
• Manage changes and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and clients.

If…

• You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• You are Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio. Any knowledge with SQL or POWER BI will be considered as an advantage.
• You have an excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• You have a previous experience in the accounting or financial services industry, it will be considered as an advantage.
