Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter? Are you at your best when supporting others? Are you up for an adventure? We’re looking for someone like that to:

Actively support the archiving activities

Manage the mailing tasks : sending mails and distributing mails internally for our departments

Participate in on going projects from the team

Support our daily business in our GCS team

Moving activities

Offer organizational services and ensure task follow-up for key GCS projects

Your team

You’ll be working in the GCS team in Luxembourg which handles the entire mailing for our company. What is essential is a strong focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Your expertise

• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Good and motivated team player
• Hands on, proactive self-starter with good time management abilities
• Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results
• Ready to work in special conditions and to work manually
• Good English knowledge, French and/or German are considered as assets

Ideally you would be available for 8 weeks from 1 July until 31 August 2024
