Responsabilités

Organisation et gestion des soins des pensionnaires

Gestion dune équipe de >50 personnes de personnel soignant


Organisation und Verwaltung der Pflege der Heimbewohner

Personalverwaltung von > 50 Pflegekräften

Compétences requises
  • Détenteur dun diplôme dinfirmier luxembourgeois ou reconnu au Luxembourg
  • Personnalité dynamique et flexible ayant un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Capacité de gestion d’équipes
  • Capacité de gestion financière et de maîtrise des coûts
  • Capacités relationnelles et communicationnelles avec les différents départements de l’institution
  • Connaissance des réglementations relatives à l’assurance dépendance et à l’assurance maladie
  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique, ainsi que des 3 langues usuelles du pays dont les luxembourgeois (niveau B2)
  • Une expérience antérieure dans une fonction similaire ainsi qu’une formation adaptée à ce poste sont des atouts
  • Avoir une affection pour la personne âgée

  • Diplom als Krankenpfleger (Anerkennung und Berufserlaubnis)
  • Diplom als Pflegewirt oder im Pflegemanagement
  • Dymamik, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führunskompetenzen
  • Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
  • Kommunikation im Team
  • Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben in Zusammenhang mit der luxemburger Pflegeversicherung und Krankenversicherung
  • EDV Kenntnisse
  • Sprachkenntnisse (Luxemburgisch, Deutsch, Französisch)
  • Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Pflegemanagements sind vorteilhaft.
  • Zuneigung zu älteren Menschen
