EY’s Luxembourg People Advisory Services (PAS) team is an integrated practice of tax, immigration, social security, payroll and reward professionals working for a very diverse range of clients.

About you

You will be responsible for training a coaching a talented group of professionals that provide individual tax services and advice on implications related to the mobility of employees. Our key capabilities include: Mobility Tax Compliance, Income Tax Advisory, Social security, Immigration, Reward as well as Payroll.

You will be engaged in complex compliance and advisory work; working with colleagues all over the globe, reviewing tax returns, providing authoritative advice/guidance.

You will be directly responsible for developing long standing trusted relationships with clients, bringing to them the best of EY’s expertise.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR or business-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in either a corporate environment or in a professional services firm (in Luxembourg or abroad)
• Excellent oral and written English skills (including strong presentation skills)
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Intermediate Computer skills (e.g. MS Office)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• English and/or French and/or German full proficiency
• Experience in Luxembourg
