Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product / service development for offer the solutions on our BaaS platform
- Support sales team through the whole sales process: Evaluate business models, regulatory requirements, implementation of the solutions, commercial offers, as well as technical integration
- Communicate closely with the partners to understand and define the business requirements that drives material value for our customers.
- Be a project owner to bring the service on live. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and document the product and business requirement.
- Analysing the industry verticals to see trends in financial products as well as payment transactions
- Define and manage go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy. Communicate the value proposition of new products to ensure that sales support materials and packages are created
- Continually monitor the market landscape to get a view of competitive solutions and opportunities, as well as provide thought-leadership and market insights to support customers and guide product development decisions
- Studies in Finance, IT, computer science
- Work experience in payment or financial industry
- Knowledge of banking system, payment gateway, API connection
- Interested in the Fintech, Finance Industry, Bank as a service products
- Knowledge of Database, technical skills, SQL, Python etc will be plus, good command of Excel, Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language knowledge is plus
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Work well in the team and adopt the different culture and work style
