Ø Vous veillez et contribuez à l'accueil sympathique, chaleureux et au service des clients dans les règles. Expérience dans un poste similaire exigée....
Vous évoluerez sous la responsabilité du chef de bar dans une équipe composée de 6 personnes.
Votre mission:
Ø Vous veillez et contribuez à laccueil sympathique, chaleureux et au service des clients dans les règles.
Ø Vous prenez la commande des clients, assurez le suivi de cette commande et veillez à la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Ø Vous supervisez le service et lorganisation du Piano Bar.
Ø Vous veillez à la propreté de la salle et à lentretien du matériel selon les normes et règles d’hygiène en vigueur.
Ø Vous vérifiez la caisse avec les saisies informatiques et assurez la responsabilité des encaissements ainsi que la ventilation (bons à facturer par chambre, bons à facturer aux séminaires, fiches de caisse et annulations...).
Ø Vous effectuez l’approvisionnement des stocks du jour.
Ø Vous participez à loptimisation des ventes de votre service et aussi la promotion des autres services offerts par lhôtel.
Votre profil :
- Formation hôtelière exigée
- Expérience dans un poste similaire exigée
- Maîtrise obligatoire de l’anglais et du français
- Flexibilité, discrétion
- Présentation soignée répondant aux critères de l’hôtellerie
