Creative Director (H/F)

Solar Screen has elevated excellent service, product expertise and innovation to its DNA to support yearly double-digit growth over the last 6 years. Today, we are looking for an experienced Creative Director.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and managing a team of 4 people, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creative Management:

• Develop and execute a creative vision aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Oversee the creation and production of visual content for all three brands (Solar Screen, Cover Styl, and Protector), ensuring quality, style, and consistency across every channel.

• Brand Strategy:

• Develop innovative and differentiated multi-channel (Print & Digital) brand strategies for each brand, focusing on building a strong visual and narrative identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate creative strategy into global campaigns and communication initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the objectives and needs of each brand and integrate creativity into all initiatives.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.

• Team Development:

• Mentor and develop a team of creative professionals, guiding them in achieving their goals and fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
• Foster innovation and creative excellence within the team by encouraging calculated risks and supporting the exploration of new ideas.
• Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including graphic designers and a videographer, to ensure quality execution and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience as a creative director or in a similar role, ideally in a marketing, agency, or advertising environment.
• Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Proven expertise in managing creative projects from conception to production, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to various stakeholders.
• Strong artistic sensibility and deep understanding of current visual and cultural trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and departments.
• Fluent in French/English.
