Agent Digital Sales Support

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Digital Sales team in the back-office through the administration of the digital sales channels

• Review and handle requests for new accounts to be created
• Keep clean and up-to-date master-data (customer accounts, user accounts, business rules)
• Analyse on usage metrics

• Reply to and handle various questions and enquiries from customers and Cargolux offices around the world related to digital channels
• Perform Level 1 support in case of reported issues (login or account creation) and escalate to Service Desk, if required.
• Formalize findings in the form of procedures, documentation, and knowledge base

• Gather, analyze and formalize feedback from various stakeholders to propose product improvements (user experience, new features, issues, etc.)
• Feed the product backlog with concise and clear user-stories
• Support on user-acceptance tests (UAT) before new features deployment in production

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Bachelors degree in Product Management, Business Management, Logistics, or similar field
• Strong written and oral communication skills, to be used with internal and external stakeholders
• Rigorous and structured mind
• Ability to assess and prioritize tasks autonomously
• Customer-oriented approach
• Passionate about the aviation sector
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Curious and interested in digital technologies, software development, Agile methodology
• If not already familiar, willingness to learn and work on IT-related projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a distinct advantage

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Permanent position
• Full-time position based in Luxembourg
• Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
