Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the housing market and a pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Due to the acquisition of another business, our team keeps growing, and we are looking for another Financial Support Intern to join our fast-growing team.

We believe in a good work/life balance and that you should enjoy what you do while maintaining a positive attitude. This is an entrance position.

Main Tasks:

  • Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
  • Conduct rent payment checks to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments.
  • Handle billing processes, including preparing and issuing bills to clients.
  • Send timely payment reminders to clients and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Process and verify invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and check invoices for discrepancies before processing.

Financial Support Intern – Profile:

  • Do you have an internship agreement to be signed with your university
  • Accounting software experience (an advantage but not a necessity)
  • Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
  • A positive personality and good interpersonal skills are a plus
  • Be organized and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • English (mandatory), French (advantage)
