About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the HR Business Partnering team for Strategy&Innovation and M&A department in their daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will be involved in the full life cycle recruitment and in the onboarding activities.
You will contribute to all the HR-related administrative tasks and preparation of documents in interaction with the HR Administration team.

Moreover, you will support workforce monitoring and reporting and the HRBP team in key projects and analysis.
Your role will be also to maintain and track HR system (SAP HR, Success Factor, Org Chart, Power BI).

Finally, you will work in collaboration with other departments.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields.

Dynamic, you are showing good analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You are also demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills with motivation to work in an international workplace.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and your fluency in English.
