Senior FATCA/CRS officer | 65k€

Our client, a leading and innovative firm based in Luxembourg, is renowned for its commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance in the financial sector. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Regulatory Officer specializing in FATCA and CRS. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage compliance with FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) regulations.
• Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes accordingly.
• Deliver training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure integrated compliance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on FATCA and CRS.
• Strong understanding of international tax regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
