We are looking for an

• Monitoring all orders from placement to delivery
• Ensuring suppliers meet established delivery deadlines
• Communicating with suppliers to check the status of orders and address any delay
• Close collaboration with internal departments as Procurement, Logistics and Engineering
• Ensuring supply lists are submitted on time
• Maintaining and updating data in the relevant systems
• Regular reporting on progress and potential delivery issues to the respective managers
• Developing and implementing measures to minimize supply chains risks.

• Commercial or technical education or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Some years of professional experience in the industrial sector is considered as an advantage
• Ability to present complex issues in a simple, systematic and understandable way
• Fluent in English and either German and / or French
• High degree of initiative and autonomy and able to work in a professional and independent manner.
