What you’ll do

The Global Supplier Account Manager as part of the Mobile & Device Tech team manages commercial activities around delivering cost savings and develops the commercial strategy in cooperation with our markets.

In the role you shall challenge incumbent providers / suppliers / and creates opportunities for increased competition; You manage the negotiation process to secure favourable terms and volume discounts on the purchase of goods on a global or local scale, ensuring that all purchasing and contracting activities are executed in a professional way, in line with Vodafone standards and local targets.
The Global Supplier Account manager is also responsible for contractual negotiations, supplier briefings to C-level and managing the commercial relationship with the suppliers.

Who you are
  • Business Acumen: Focus on the impact that you deliver within the role and demonstrate a high understanding and willingness to learn the business environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Knowledge of commercial negotiations and contract negotiations
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication, empathetic listening, and presentation skills focused on delivering the message to senior stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented: Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, and the knowledge of Spanish will be beneficial.
  • Education or Experience: Higher degree in Management/Business Administration/Commerce/ or equivalent professional qualifications.
