Description
Missions:
- Providing support to users.
- Facilitating the setup and registration of IT equipment.
- Collaborating with various IT teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Escalating incidents to third-level support when necessary.
- Prioritizing and assigning tasks to the first-level support team.
- Offering training and assistance to end-users.
- Staying updated on IT and cybersecurity advancements.
Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable role (Support)
- Familiarity with ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience in managing GLPI.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German as an advantage.
