Lagence AXIA RODANGE recherche un ou une Chargé(e) des opérations et satisfactions clients Premium pour lun de ses clients basé dans le canton de Luxembourg.

Vos missions :


  • Assurer au plan qualitatif et quantitatif la gestion courante des contrats d’assurances
  • Réaliser l’analyse et la saisie des actes en veillant au respect des consignes relatives à la lutte contre le blanchiment
  • Contrôler quotidiennement les états de saisie
  • Rédiger, préparer et gérer les courriers (clients, partenaires…)
  • Etre en relation avec nos partenaires concernant le traitement des contrats d’assurances

Profil recherché:

  • Diplômes professionnels ou minimum Bac+2
  • Au moins 3 ans dexpérience professionnelle dans le métier d’assurance au Luxembourg
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautique (Office), la maîtrise d’AIA est un atout
  • Capacités d’analyse, de rigueur et sens de linitiative
  • Bonne aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne maitrise de la langue française, toute autre langue est un atout
  • Expérience dans le domaine de lassurance vie au Luxembourg obligatoire
