As they continue to grow, they are eager to bring on a versatile Corporate Officer to support their expanding operations.

Corporate Officer - Your Role :

Are you an independent thinker with a knack for problem-solving?

Were looking for a perceptive Corporate Officer with a keen mind and a solution-oriented approach. You should have a deep understanding of the entire fund management process and be well-versed in Luxembourg law with a solid legal background.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both the administrative and legal aspects of private equity funds. Youll initiate and oversee the launch of corporate and SPV funds and supervise the full lifecycle of these funds from a legal standpoint.

Your responsibilities will also include handling AML/KYC compliance tasks, such as screening and verifying information, and preparing and following up on legal and administrative documentation.

Additionally, you will occasionally support the team with various administrative and operational tasks. Over time, youll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially move into a Fund Administrator role.

Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

To excel in this position, you should be autonomous, insightful, and adept at solving complex issues. A strong grasp of Luxembourg investment fund legislation is essential, as is a minimum of two years of legal experience and a Bachelors degree in Law.

Your background should include experience in launching and managing both corporate and SPV funds. You need to be versatile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, meticulous with administrative tasks, and knowledgeable about AML/KYC procedures.

Being a cooperative and effective team player in a small team is crucial. Fluency in French and English is required, and proficiency in Italian would be an added advantage.

Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

They offer fixed working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM with no overtime, ensuring a well-organized work-life balance.
