What you’ll do

The Personal Assistant will provide high-quality, proactive, professional, confidential, and administrative support daily to the Group SCM Director, Vodafone Procurement Connectivity CEO. The successful person must demonstrate a good understanding of concepts and procedures within their discipline and ensure the tasks are completed at a professional level.

You will:

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule with precision and professionalism, ensuring timely and efficient organization.
  • Demonstrate reliability in managing personal and CEO’s time and commitments, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of essential practices and procedures, including travel arrangements, system approvals, expense management, and purchase orders.Supports on ad-hoc requests including, coordinating events, and meetings; and arranging any necessary travel, accommodation, and catering requirements as needed.
  • Manage tasks promptly and professionally, addressing all actions, correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a proactive approach.
  • Act as a professional liaison for the CEO, effectively managing interactions with internal and external visitors.
  • Prepare written communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Operate positively under tight deadlines while building solid relationships with cross-functional partners, PA’s, and administrators across various Groups and Markets
  • Act as the head of the administration team, managing the PA community in Luxembourg with excellence and authority.

  • Customer and Stakeholder Focus: Takes ownership of customer and stakeholder issues, investigating root causes and proposing alternative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Multitasking Proficiency: Capable of handling multiple tasks, sources of information, and customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing effectively based on customer needs.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of French and German is highly beneficial.
